Growth Leads is an online lead generation company that creates high quality leads in many verticals, such as iGaming, Financials, Health and Communications. We focus on building high-end websites with quality content that lets customers take an informed decision about the product they’re about to buy, by adapting a customer-focused approach on quality and usability.
As the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO), you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving the company’s growth through strategic business development, initiatives and partnerships. You will be taking full ownership of our external cooperations as well as internal projects, including multiple SEO modules on 3rd party websites.
You will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing the overall strategy for these projects, making sure the operations run smoothly. Communication with our partners and reporting to the management and board will play a big part in this. In addition, you will take over the scaling process and the development of new opportunities, setting up budgets, and reporting against them.
- Establish and implement the overall business development strategy, aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth, based on thorough market analysis.
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the company’s market position. Negotiate and structure partnerships that align with the company’s values and long-term objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential markets for expansion, and implement strategies to ensure successful market entry.
- Drive revenue growth through the development of new business products and services. Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to create innovative strategies for acquiring and retaining our partners.
- Build and lead a high-performing business development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the department.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and industry influencers. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a comparable role, with a track record of successfully driving business growth
- Strong understanding of the SEO & digital affiliate marketing landscape
- Knowhow/Experience with Lead Generation on a large scale
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience with M&A, Exit, and/or IPO in a prior position
- Creativity with regard to the development of new concepts, high level of independence and ability to work in a team
