We are looking to hire a motivated junior Sales Manager or Account Manager (preferably German Speaking) to take ownership of executing the commercial strategy in various verticals and markets. This individual should have a successful track record in business development, sales or account management, ideally within the FINTECH industry. Experience working with lead generation or affiliate marketing companies is considered an asset.
YOUR ROLE
The Junior Sales Manager will be reporting to the Senior Sales Manager and will be responsible for:
- Structuring and negotiating deals with partners in the Trading Industry;
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set together with management;
- Working with teams including Monetization, Product Owners and PPC;
- Managing and strengthening relationships with Growth Leads Finance partners and stakeholders;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, online outreach and networking;
- Generating revenue from all of our Growth Leads Finance portfolio that we offer;
- Continuing to build strong, positive business relationships with our partners to ensure future sales;
- Identifying solution improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors;
- Keeping track of sales prospects through our sales funnel, utilizing our CRM and find other business tools that can help the business be at the forefront;
- Developing a deep understanding of our products, advertising opportunities and media packs;
- Attend any trading trade shows or webinars to promote Growth Leads Finance and our third-party websites.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a similar role in a similar role is a must;
- Full command of the English language – German language will be considered as an asset;
- Understanding or an interest in financial products, fintech and cryptocurrencies is required;
- Minimum 1 year of expertise in a b2b sales environment;
- Experience working with CRM systems would be an asset;
- Aptitude in delivering presentations and excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- The ability to work under pressure and be resilient;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- A diploma in either Finance or Business Studies will be considered as an asset;
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines with little supervision.
