Job Description:

Growth Leads seeks a Head of Sweepstakes to take over centralised ownership of our endeavours within the Sweepstakes Casino vertical. The Head of Sweepstakes will ensure that Growth Leads is keeping the edge and be responsible for the overall performance of our portfolio within the vertical.

The ideal candidate will have extended knowledge and experience within the Sweepstakes Casino vertical and a strong background in affiliate marketing. The role requires extensive skills in market research and competitor analysis. Furthermore, the candidate needs to have broad experience with SEO, PPC, Social Media (Meta, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok) and other marketing channels to be able to drive our diverse portfolio forward.

Responsibilities:

– Taking full ownership of the Sweepstakes Casino vertical at Growth Leads
– Gathering and maintaining all relevant information within the vertical
– Owning and driving a dedicated Sweepstakes Casino roadmap
– Identifying and acquiring business opportunities
– Taking product ownership of a set of sweepstakes projects
– Conducting regular market- and competitor research
– Providing deep insights into Sweepstakes Casino mechanics and particularities to different business units i.e. SEO, Content etc.
– Working alongside Commercial/Sales to optimise revenues, deal structures etc.
– Conducting workshops and educating various stakeholders within the business
Other duties as assigned by the Executive team (depending upon the need and urgency of tasks).

Required skills and experience:

– Proven track record of working on successful Sweepstakes Casino assets, projects and marketing campaigns
– Excellent knowledge of the Sweepstakes Casino vertical and the US gambling industry
– Profound understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media (Meta, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok) and other marketing channels, and other relevant marketing channels that drive revenue within the Sweepstakes Casino vertical
– Strong skillset in market- and competitor research
– Great organizational and mentoring skills
– Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities
– Ability to take project ownership and drive projects autonomously and successfully
– Affinity for conducting workshops and educating stakeholders within the business
– Professional English speaker, ideally with a high affinity for the US
– Creativity and the ability to create new concepts
– Proactivity and high capacity for teamwork
